• Gene Henneberry is President & CEO of AIG Rail Services, a division of AIG Financial Services. Prior to joining AIG, Gene spent 10 years with GE Rail Services, his last position being Executive Vice President of Operations and Six Sigma Quality, responsible for the overall supply base, acquisition of new equipment, GE owned repair shops and all operations related activities of the business.
  
  Before joining GE in 1997, Gene spent 14 years with McDonnell Aerospace in St. Louis where he led various manufacturing and quality positions including Group Manager of Supplier Quality Assurance for Major Subcontractors, Electro/Hydra/Mechanical & Detail Part Suppliers, Superintendent of the In Service Aircraft Support Center and Senior Engineer of Nondestructive Testing.
  
  Gene holds a MBA from Maryville University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Webster University with a Minor in Material Science & Nondestructive Testing.  Gene is a member of the American Society for Quality as a Certified Quality Manager, member of the American Society of Nondestructive Testing & MDC NDT Level III, Registered ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, and Co-author of AS9000, the Aerospace ISO 9000 requirement.

• Tim is responsible for Secondary Market Activities, Mergers & Acquisitions, and assisting the AIG Rail Services sales force on larger, more complex transactions. The majority of Tim’s career was with GE Capital, serving in various capacities in Distribution Financial Services, Auto Financial Services and GE Railcar Services, his last position being Senior Vice President of Structured Sales, responsible for secondary market activity, new business development and various capital market transactions.
  
  In addition to GE Capital, Tim has worked as a Managing Director with Babcock & Brown in the Domestic Structured Finance Group, as well as with Mesirow Financial Services, where he served as a Managing Director in the Sale-Leaseback Capital Group. Tim started his career with Arthur Andersen as an auditor in the Financial Services division.
  
  Tim holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.

• Prior to joining AIG Rail Services, Inc., Tim spent eleven years in the railcar manufacturing business, with Thrall Car, Trinity Industries and most recently, FreightCar America.
  
  Before joining Thrall Car in 1996, he was with BNSF and its predecessor, ATSF Railway, for seventeen years, serving in various capacities in Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, and Equipment Management.
  
  Tim is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, earning a BS in Management, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
  

• Pat McGrath has been involved in transportation & leasing for over 20 years. Prior to joining AIG Rail, Pat held sales and management positions with GATX Rail, GE Capital and Ryder Transportation.
  
  Pat currently holds the position of First Vice President on the Board of the Southeast Association of Rail Shippers and is a member of the North American Rail Shippers Association, Traffic Club of New York and Traffic Club of Pittsburgh.
  
  Pat is a former U.S. Marine; college wrestling coach; high school Athletic Director and has a BS and a Masters of Education degree from Southern Oregon University.

• Prior to joining AIG, Mark spent 28 years with GE Rail Services, his last position being Senior Account Manager responsible for leasing sales, repair sales and services.
  
  Before joining GE in 1980, Mark spent 4 years with Standard Car Truck company in Chicago, Illinois.
  
  Mark graduated with a BS from Ball State University in 1974.

• Jeffrey Griffin services the Plains States, the Pacific Northwest, and Canada. Prior to joining AIG Rail Services, Inc., Jeffrey spent four years combined with GE Rail Services and GE Fleet Services as a Sr. Account Manager Coal and National Account Manager Commercial Fleets responsible for leasing and service sales.
  
  Before joining GE in 2004, he was with Union Pacific Railroad, for fourteen years, serving in various capacities in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operations and Customer Service.
  
  Jeffrey is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, earning a BS Degree and holds an MA in Management from Bellevue University.
